Expectations & Goals |
My main goals are to help you clarify and define your professional identity while ensuring that the best interests of your clients are upheld. As a new clinician, it’s important to explore which issues, client characteristics, and populations are the best match for your clinical skills and style. In supervision, I will support this learning process, while offering direct feedback to help build your clinical skills and expertise.
Other goals that I maintain for my supervisees are to deepen their knowledge about their own personal needs, reactions to clients, and boundaries to prevent burnout. I intend to create safety in our supervisor/supervisee relationship to be able to explore how you show up in session for your clients and if there are any barriers to being able to emotionally attune to them. This type of personal exploration is not a replacement for your own therapy, which I encourage you to access or maintain if needed. |
Supervision Options |
1. Traditional Supervision: My fee is $150/hour.
2. Supervision Bundle: For those interested in opening a private practice, instead of charging you per hour of supervision, I offer an income-based fee. My supervisory service package includes:

Requirements |
You must be a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMCHA) working towards licensure in WA State (I do not offer supervision options to graduate students or interns). I do not supervise those who are working with/plan to work with children or teens.
